A 33-year-old Delhi man has officially changed his name from 'Vikas Kardam' to 'James Bond' following his fondness for the fictional British Secret Service agent. "People think it is some kind of a joke, but it's true," the man said. "I haven't told my parents about this yet. I know they will be mad at me," he added.
