Several US companies, including Apple, Ford and Disney expressed their concerns over the effects of the executive order on WeChat, The Wall Street Journal reported. In a call with the White House, over a dozen firms specified the consequences the ban could have on their own businesses. Other companies that participated in the discussion include Goldman Sachs, Intel and MetLife.
