Social edtech startup ConveGenius has acquired Gray Matters India, a platform that works to bridge gaps in the Indian assessments space. The size of the deal was not disclosed. Both enterprises are backed by the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation. ConveGenius said the move will let it create a learning-based interoperable architecture in line with the National Education Policy.
