France has launched a campaign, including a website and an emergency hotline to combat an infestation of bed bugs at homes and hotels in Paris. The government said that bed bugs, that had disappeared from France in the 1950s, have made a resurgence due to international travel and growing resistance to insecticides. "We can all be affected," the government warned.
