World Economic Forum (WEF) Founder and Chairman Klaus Schwab said "with its demographic advantage and extensive diversity, India has the power to shape the global agenda and define our collective future." He also commended India's early policy response to COVID-19, but added that it couldn't help millions of informal workers being put "in a state of extreme insecurity".
