A Malayali expatriate in Dubai sponsored flight tickets of 61 stranded Indians from UAE-Kerala amid Covid-19 pandemic to honour the memory of his late son, who died in a car accident aged 19. He spent nearly ₹14 lakh on the tickets. "These are people in a lot of pain. Most of them belong to blue-collar workforce," the 53-year-old said.
