PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti criticised the move where outsiders living in J&K will also be allowed to vote in UT now. "J&K has become laboratory for BJP. They conduct experiments here...implement...in other places…This is last nail in the coffin of electoral democracy," Mufti said. "BJP has only one objective, to form government everywhere by resorting to any method," she added.
