During a routine inspection of the barracks on Saturday, the authorities of Gurugram's Bhondsi jail recovered packets containing three 4G sim cards and smartphones, along with their batteries and chargers, and 800 grams of marijuana, according to the police. The police further said that preliminary probe suggests that the packets were flung across the boundary wall from the order side.
