Efforts are on to resume free coaching classes for meritorious students under Delhi government's Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojna, Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam said. "COVID-19 disrupted the classes. Online sessions couldn't be arranged since most students didn't have laptops or mobile phones," he stated, adding, "If Centre allows, we can start the classes from September."
