Congress MP Partap Singh Bajwa on Wednesday claimed that Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh "has lost his mental balance" after being questioned on the 121 deaths in the liquor tragedy by leaders of his own party. Bajwa added, "I want to ask Captain Amarinder Singh if he believes in democracy. You're a democratically elected CM and not maharaja of Patiala."
