Archaeologists have unearthed the skull of a 5,000-year-old man who underwent a failed brain surgery in Crimea. Researchers said the Bronze Age man in his 20s lived for a short duration after undergoing surgery using a stone scalpel. "The ancient 'doctor' definitely had a 'surgical set' of stone tools," said the Institute of Archaeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
