2000-yr-old Ashoka Stupa to be unveiled in China

A stupa constructed by Emperor Ashoka around 2,000 years ago in China's Nangchen, which had fallen to ruins, has been restored and will be unveiled on Monday. Believed to be one of the 19 rare stupas to have been built in China, the Stupa of Nangchen will be unveiled by spiritual head of Ladakh-based Drukpa Buddhism.
