99% of India's rail network electrified in last 12 yrs: PM Modi

PM Narendra Modi said India's development vehicle has not stalled despite war and the oil crisis, noting, "In last 12 years...approximately 99% of India's rail network has been electrified." Speaking in Jind after flagging off India's first hydrogen-powered train between Jind and Sonipat, he added, "Today, Jind is becoming a picture of the BJP-NDA's model of good governance," he added.
