₹1,375-crore Thane land of 290-year-old Wadia Group's firm to be sold to recover Go First dues

A 95-acre Thane land parcel, belonging to the 290-year-old Wadia Group's real estate arm Wadia Realty, is set to be auctioned to recover ₹3,918-crore dues from Go First. Banks put a reserve price of ₹1,375 crore on the property. The auction, scheduled to take place next month, is being conducted on behalf of a Central Bank of India-led consortium.
