₹1 lakh fine each imposed on 7 Noida schools over fee hike violations

Seven private schools in Noida, including Apeejay, Sparsh Global, Ramagya, Bal Bharati, Vishwa Bharati, Sri Chaitanya Techno and St John's schools, were fined ₹1 lakh each by the district administration for violating UP's fee regulation rules. The action followed excessive fee hikes beyond the permitted 7.23% cap for 2026-27. Authorities haven't specified if parents will receive refunds.
