₹113-crore crypto fraud accused Amit Lakhanpal arrested in UAE

Amit Lakhanpal, accused of defrauding investors of over ₹113 crore through the Money Trade Coin scheme, has been arrested in the UAE on a Red Notice issued at Thane police's request. He was held after the Enforcement Directorate shared his location with UAE authorities. India has begun extradition proceedings against Lakhanpal.
