₹28 crore US house for sale accepts Anthropic, OpenAI shares as payment

A three-bedroom home listed for sale in San Fransciso is accepting shares of Anthropic or OpenAI as payments. The 2,495-square-foot house, which offers luxurious amenities, including 10-foot ceilings, custom cabinetry and remote-controlled solar skylights, is priced at $2.9 million (around ₹28 crore). Demand for unlisted shares of both AI startups has risen amid their soaring valuations.
