₹360-crore Bitcoin stolen in 25 minutes after hackers exploit crypto wallet bug

Around 594 Bitcoins, worth about $38 million (around ₹360 crore), were stolen from nearly 500 separate wallets within 25 minutes on Friday. Hackers exploited a flaw in how Coldcard hardware wallets generated cryptographic keys. A coding error created predictable private keys, allowing attackers to guess them and drain all the funds from the affected wallets, as per reports.
