₹4,700 crore loss, Tata stops funding digital businesses

Tata Sons halted fresh investments in its ecommerce and omni-channel businesses in FY24 to focus on strategic restructuring and operational efficiencies. The digital businesses, including Tata Neu, Croma, and Tata Cliq, incurred combined losses exceeding ₹4,700 crore in FY23. New fund infusions will resume once these organizational changes are in place.
