'43 Rohingya refugees were thrown into sea,' alleges plea in SC

A writ petition in the Supreme Court has alleged that 43 Rohingya refugees, including children, women and cancer patients, were forcibly deported by India and thrown into sea. The plea claims the group was picked up in Delhi, held in custody for several hours before being deported to Port Blair. They were allegedly blindfolded and their hands were tied too.
