₹44,130 crore spent as Premier League breaks summer transfer record

Premier League clubs spent a record £3.46 billion (around ₹44,130 crore) during the 2026 summer transfer window, surpassing last year's previous high of £3.14 billion. More than half of the league’s clubs broke their own transfer records. Manchester City led the spending at around £458 million (₹5,840 crore), including Enzo Fernández’s British record-equalling £125-million (₹1,600-crore) move.
