₹45,000 phone falls into UP floodwater, delivery boy breaks down

A food delivery boy, Vishal, broke down in tears after his ₹45,000 phone fell into floodwaters in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar, reports stated. Vishal spent hours searching for the phone, which he bought on EMI three months ago to support his family. A video of him searching went viral, following which he blamed municipal authorities for waterlogging, reports added.
