₹5 crore cash seized from car in Pune ahead of Maharashtra polls

As many as four people were arrested after unaccounted cash worth ₹5 crore was seized from a car at Pune's Khed Shivapur toll plaza on Monday evening. The unaccounted cash was seized during a police nakabandi (on-road checking), the official said. Polls for the 288-member Maharashtra Assembly will be held on November 20.
