Airport police at Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport busted an interstate counterfeit cigarette smuggling network, arresting five people, including a father-son duo. The accused have been identified as Abdul Basheed, his son Aashiq, Mohammed Anwar, Mohammed Ansari and Ghulam Hussain Khan. During a raid, officers seized 20 cartons of fake cigarette boxes valued at around ₹50 lakh.
