₹52 crore gold toilet seat stolen from UK palace in 5 minutes, court told

A toilet seat made of gold was stolen from UK's Blenheim Palace in 2019 in just five minutes, a court has been told. Prosecutor Julian Christopher KC told the court that a gang of five stole the £4.8 million (over ₹52 crore) seat. "It appears to have been split up into smaller amounts of gold and never recovered," Christopher said.
