₹7,145 cr Kanpur–Kabrai highway will boost logistics: Govt

The Centre has approved the ₹7,145-crore Kanpur-Kabrai access-controlled highway to strengthen freight movement across Central India. The 117.7-km corridor will cut travel time from 3.5 hours to 1.5 hours, improve connectivity between mining, industrial and agricultural hubs, reduce logistics costs, and boost supply chain efficiency as part of the Bhopal-Kanpur Economic Corridor.
