Suburban Diagnostics MD Dr Sanjay Arora took to Facebook to share his travel experience amid the IndiGo crisis. "My ₹8,000 ticket became a ₹36,000 helplessness," he wrote, adding that his Delhi-Mumbai IndiGo flight was cancelled three hours before departure. "Your crisis didn't start this week. It started the day empathy left your leadership and...vanished from the organisation," Arora added.
