Speaking at an event, UP CM Yogi Adityanath said Samajwadi Party government "used to kneel before rioters". Referring to Maulana Tauqeer Raza's arrest after last year's clash in Bareilly, Yogi said, "He's rubbing his nose on the ground in jail."
