In his New Year message, Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra said AI can turn blue collar jobs into "gold". Adding that he believes AI "is an accelerator, not a threat", he stated, "Al will bring about a fundamental shift in the value of 'hands-on' skills...We'll rediscover...value of people who can build, craft, repair and operate the real machinery of life."
