Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday said that the state aims to achieve 100% literacy rate by 2019, which currently stands at 67%. While addressing teachers and students at Andhra University Engineering College on the occasion of Teachers' Day, Naidu called upon the teachers to help transform the state into a 'knowledge hub'.
