'Angry face is their content,' says advisory issued for Delhi Police after students' protest

Delhi Police personnel have been issued an advisory on handling young protesters after students' protest at Jantar Mantar, The Indian Express reported. "Your angry face is their content. They...want you to play villain." The advisory said protesters "may cry, fall at personnel’s feet or ask questions to provoke sympathy/anger", but personnel must only say, "Please cooperate, we’re doing our duty."
