'Anupamaa' actress Rupali Ganguly is being criticised after a video of her riding a scooter without a helmet went viral. She was seen leaving an awards show with her manager on a scooter on Saturday night in an attempt to avoid traffic. Many social media users called upon Mumbai Police to issue a fine on them for not wearing helmets.
