'Call of Duty' movie to release in theatres in 2028

Paramount Pictures revealed at CinemaCon that the film adaptation of the video game franchise 'Call of Duty' will release on June 30, 2028. The first-person shooter military game is one of the biggest gaming franchises of all time, with over 1 billion players and a lifetime revenue of $35 billion. 'Deepwater Horizon' director Peter Berg will direct the project.
