'Chai wala' granted tea workers rights, not Congress: PM in Assam

PM Narendra Modi, while addressing a gathering in Assam on Sunday, accused Congress of always disrespecting the state and its culture. He said Congress had denied land rights to tea community workers, while BJP government granted them those rights and ensured a life of dignity. He added, "I am a 'chai wala', if not me, then who will do this?"
