'Collector Didi' gives career guidance to Bihar students each week

Bihar's Vaishali District Magistrate Varsha Singh, known as "Collector Didi", spends nearly four hours every week interacting with government school students under the Hamari Collector Didi initiative. The programme offers career guidance, counselling and confidence-building support. They are also educated about the legal age of marriage and encouraged to pursue higher education and career goals.
