'Crime Patrol' producer to launch ₹108-crore IPO on August 7

Optimystix Entertainment, the producer of shows such as 'Comedy Circus' and 'Crime Patrol', will raise ₹107.88 crore through an IPO on August 7. The price band for the maiden issue has been fixed at ₹165-174, valuing the company at ₹405 crore. The IPO will remain open till August 11, with the share allotment likely to be done on August 12.
