'Disposed 7 appeals in under 7 paras' HC to ITAT in Patanjali case; says 'No mind used'

The Delhi High Court said ITAT's decision to dispose of seven orders involving Baba Ramdev's Patanjali Ayurved portrays a "shocking picture" of procedural lapses and opaqueness. "[ITAT] disposed of seven appeals vide an order which doesn't even contain seven paragraphs," the court noted. "What shocks us is the non-application of mind and undue haste which...the tribunal has exhibited," it added.
