'Elio' marks Pixar's lowest box office debut with $9 mn opening

Elio, Pixar's latest animated adventure film, has earned $9 million on its first day, marking Pixar's lowest film debut collection, reported Variety. Made on a $150 million budget, the film was expected to reach $30 million domestically in the US, as per The Hollywood Reporter.
