'Emergency' entirely based on facts: Historian appointed by CBFC

Historian Makkhan Lal, who has been appointed as 'subject expert' by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) for Kangana Ranaut's 'Emergency', has said the film is "entirely based on facts". "They haven't altered the truth," he added. Stating that every political leader has flaws, Lal claimed, "The film doesn't show the negative aspects of late PM Indira Gandhi's character."
