EU leaders agree to provide 90 billion euros to fund Ukraine

European Union leaders have agreed to provide Ukraine with 90 billion euros in aid amid the ongoing war with Russia. EU will borrow cash from capital markets to fund Ukraine after EU leaders disagreed on using frozen Russian assets for funding. French President Emmanuel Macron said loan to Ukraine would be interest-free and repayable only if Russia pays reparations.
