'Foreign actor' involved in terror plot near UK air base used by US: Rubio

US State Secretary Marco Rubio said a "foreign actor" was involved in the suspected terror plot near UK's RAF Fairford air base, which US uses to attack Iran. Five UK nationals in their 20s were arrested on ​suspicion of terrorism and ⁠explosives offences and subsequently released on bail. "What could've happened in UK...is a very serious situation," Rubio added.
