'Give me tips to become good orator,' PM Modi asks teacher, she says 'be confident'

During an interaction with National Teachers' Awards winners, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked a teacher for some tips on how he should become a good orator. She replied, "You should have confidence," after which PM Modi and other teachers started laughing. PM then asked her how to get that confidence, to which she said, "It would require lots of practice."
