'Green corridor' helps transport donor heart from Rohtak to Delhi in 63 mins

A donor heart travelled 95 kilometres from Haryana's Rohtak to Delhi in 63 minutes through an interstate green corridor. The corridor was coordinated by the Haryana and Delhi police to ensure uninterrupted movement of the ambulance across state borders. The heart was subsequently transplanted at Fortis Hospital in Shalimar Bagh, saving the recipient’s life.
