'Hair plucked from beard, my thighs cut with blade for protesting against Punjab CM,' claims man

Opposition parties in Punjab have shared a video of a hospitalised man who claimed he was detained and tortured after he protested against CM Bhagwant Mann in Sunam over drug menace. "I was subjected to electric shocks. Hair was plucked from my beard. I suffered cuts from blades on my thighs, and salt was rubbed into the wounds," he alleged.
