'High fare zero facility,' says man as kid injured due to faulty train window, Railways reacts

Railway Seva responded after a man said that a kid's finger was injured by a faulty window in a train from Patna to New Delhi. "The fare for the train is high but the facility is zero," the man said while sharing a picture. "Sir, your medical assistance has been registered on RailMadad," Railway Seva said.
