'How are lakhs of stray dogs sterilised but population is same?,' asks Karnataka minister

Bengaluru Development Minister Krishna Byre Gowda scolded an animal husbandry official and asked how lakhs of stray dogs were being sterilised but their population still remains the same. "Do I have a flower in my ear? What's this magic?," he reportedly said. Gowda said people are dying and asked the official how he came to the meeting without numbers.
