'I'm a Thakur, don't mess with me,' HDFC staffer tells customer; video shows her abusing

A female bank employee got into an argument with a customer inside an HDFC Bank branch in Kanpur, UP, a video of which has surfaced on social media. The video shows the employee arguing with an account holder following a complaint. "I'm a Thakur. Don't mess with me," she said. The employee also hurled abuses at the customer.
