'I'm in Russia since 4 months,' says Bihar man booked over NEET protest

A man who identified himself as Muhammad Sadaqat claimed in an unverified viral video that he has been booked in connection with the NEET protest in Bihar's Kishanganj, but he has been living in Russia for the last four months. Kishanganj SP Hari Mohan didn't confirm or deny his claim but said if people have grievances, they can approach police.
