'IndiGo created complete chaos,' says aviation expert, explains what went wrong

As IndiGo cancelled hundreds of flights, triggering commotion, aviation expert Subhash Goyal blamed the airline for creating "complete chaos". IndiGo disobeyed Centre's DGCA's instructions to recruit more pilots and staff ahead of the implementation of Flight Duty Time Limitations, Goyal said. "(It) also expanded its international route network and increased domestic flights," he added.
