'Intense 30-min standoff' as Chinese officer blocks US agent from Trump-Xi event

An "intense standoff" broke out between a Chinese security officer and a US Secret Service agent as the former blocked the latter from joining an event involving Donald Trump and Xi Jinping. The incident happened at Beijing's Temple of Heaven, where the agent was stopped with his firearm. The agent wasn't allowed to enter despite the argument lasting 30 minutes.
